- How is children's data protected?
- Wulo is built with GDPR compliance, safeguarding principles, and UK data handling standards at its core. Role-based access, minimal data collection, and no advertising or unnecessary data sharing.
- Do parents need to pay separately?
- No. When a therapist or school assigns practice through Wulo, families access guided exercises at no additional cost. The subscription covers the therapist or school, not individual families.
- What support is included?
- All plans include email support. The School plan includes an onboarding call to help you set up practice pathways. The Authority plan includes a dedicated account manager for implementation and ongoing governance.
- Can Wulo generate reports for EHCPs and annual reviews?
- Yes, on the School and Authority plans. Wulo generates structured progress summaries from tracked practice data that can be used for EHCP contributions, annual reviews, and family updates.
